Hi Beauties…I love this cauliflower rice, made with only cauliflower and no rice! Its so nice in the summer to eat a bit lighter and save the carbs for the red wine ! It is also chock full of anti-inflammatory ingredients to keep your body feeling good and your skin glowing. Recipe below….
3 cups Cauliflower crumbs- I take raw cauliflower and crumble it or pulse in a food processor
3 Tbs of Dulce Flakes- amazing sea vegetable that helps regulate thyroid and has loads of Vitamins
1 Tbs of flax seeds
Bunch of sliced baby portobello mushrooms
1 Tbs of hemp seeds
1 bulb of Fennel sliced thin
1/2 cup of raw walnut pieces
1/2 tsp of Indian Curry
dash of tamari, salt and pepper
♡ I sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Throw in the mushrooms and fennel and cook down until soft. Add the cauliflower and other ingredients. Pair it with a lovely grilled salmon and OMG its amazing!
